What will be published before launch
- Complete product names, images, descriptions, sizes, prices, and key ingredients or warnings.
- Where orders can be shipped, processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, and shipping charges.
- Any applicable sales tax and the full order total before payment.
- The return window and condition requirements, including rules for opened or used topical products.
- How to report a missing, incorrect, leaking, or damaged order and what evidence may be requested.
- How approved refunds are issued and the expected processing timeline.
Payments and order confirmation
Once ordering opens, Stripe-hosted checkout will process shop payments on behalf of Trend Trade LLC. A successful payment and order-confirmation message will be required before an order exists. Full card numbers will not be collected by this website.
